Join to apply for the Client Partner - Insurance role at Slalom. Slalom Greater New York is seeking a Client Partner to expand the Slalom brand within the New York Insurance line of business. The Client Partner will collaborate with capability leaders and other markets to position Slalom as the go-to consulting partner for transformation projects across business and technology, deliver solutions that enhance our transformation narrative, and strengthen relationships with current and prospective clients. What You’ll Do

Provide oversight, direction setting, and relationship development for a client account(s) within Financial Services and Insurance in the New York area. Build and maintain trust-based relationships; drive new connections and deepen relationships within the market and client accounts. Provide subject matter expertise to teams, clients, and partners; support development of consultants focused on Financial Services. Increase brand recognition by attending industry meetings, forums, publications, and client workshops; sponsor or speak at industry events. Oversee financial management of accounts within the Financial Services group, including management of receivables. Generate and lead new sales opportunities, respond to client RFPs, and manage the sales pipeline. Oversee delivery and quality of work on accounts; participate in steering committees and executive alignment; conduct regular client feedback conversations. Provide guidance, supervision, and coaching to team members assigned to Financial Services accounts; ensure engaged and motivated teams. Ensure proper administrative controls on the account, including client charge codes, billing, and internal administration. What You’ll Bring

15+ years of knowledge and experience in Financial Services, specifically Insurance. 5–10 years’ experience managing teams of 3+ resources through all lifecycles of a project. Strong team-building and leadership capabilities with a learner mindset. Experience managing multiple projects across multiple domains/clients. Experience developing and marketing thought leadership assets in Financial Services / Insurance. 5–10 years’ experience building relationships with executives and C-Suite leaders in Financial Services. Experience building relationships with CXOs and business decision-makers. Adept at aligning teams to common goals and leading with strong leadership skills. About Us
