Overview We are seeking a Product Owner with proven product management experience to join our team in Walnut, CA. This role is responsible for defining product vision, managing the roadmap, and aligning priorities between business goals, customer needs, and the development team’s execution. The position involves ownership of IT projects and close collaboration with teams in Taiwan, China, and the Philippines. The successful candidate will bring experience from small, fast‑paced companies, demonstrate bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin, and possess practical knowledge of agile tools and AI technologies.

Responsibilities

Defining and communicating the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

Managing and prioritizing the product backlog to reflect business and customer priorities.

Writing clear and actionable user stories with acceptance criteria.

Coordinating IT‑related projects and ensuring alignment across multiple business units.

Collaborating with stakeholders in Walnut, CA, and teams in Taiwan, China, and the Philippines to gather requirements and feedback.

Supporting development teams during sprint planning, reviews, and backlog refinement.

Monitoring progress against KPIs and ensuring delivery of high‑quality product increments.

Tracking market trends, competitor offerings, and customers’ needs to guide product direction.

Acting as the advocate for customer value throughout the product lifecycle.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a comparable product management role.

Professional experience with Jira or comparable agile tools (e.g., Trello, Azure DevOps, Asana).

Hands‑on experience with AI tools in a professional setting, applying them to product or business workflows.

Proficiency with Notion and Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).

Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field preferred.
