The Royal Caribbean Group’s Onboard Revenua team has an exciting career opportunity for a full-time Manager, Shore Excursions Operations reporting to the Senior Director, Destination Experiences. Position Overview The Manager, Shore Excursions Ops is responsible for the delivery and execution of Celebrity Cruises’ product strategy and guest experience focused on revenue-generation specific to Destination Experiences. The Manager will be accountable for the successful delivery and operational execution of over 2,000 global destination experiences; and will be a dedicated product owner of pre- and post-cruise experiences including shuttles, onboard promotions, transfers, dispatch, Groups/Charters, incident sitreps (situational reports), staff scheduling, staffing and development, etc. Responsibilities

Essential Duties And Responsibilities Take concepts to reality while maintaining high levels of quality in execution and attention to detail. Oversee individual experiences, a collection of experiences and/or partnerships with local tour operators. Monitor guest feedback, revenue, penetration, spend, risks, incidents, targets vs. actuals, compliance, and how effectively experiences are communicated, marketed, and sold pre- and onboard the fleet. Manage shipboard relations and collaborate on projects with shipboard colleagues. Be available outside of regular hours due to shipboard incidents/emergencies. Ensure flawless delivery of destination experiences ashore and, where applicable, onboard, to meet and exceed revenue and guest satisfaction goals. Lead a small team of direct reports and own/lead projects involving key stakeholders within the company. Influence, drive decisions, and deliver results through effective communication, process expertise and project management. Perform other duties as required. Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent; Master’s degree or higher is a plus. 5+ years in roles delivering ideas/concepts as finished products to customers or stakeholders; longer tenure is a plus. 5+ years in cruise or travel industry, tour operator-related business, or destination product development/operations; longer tenure is a plus. Previous shipboard experience or experience working closely with shipboard leadership is helpful. Proven track record in fast-paced environments with demanding timelines. Experience in hotel and air industries is a plus. Strong geographical knowledge and extensive travel experience a plus. Experience in working within high-performing operational teams. Experience in project management. Ability to travel up to 45–50% of the time. Financial / Quantitative Responsibilities

Manage, implement, and execute strategy and initiatives related to specific regions, itineraries or customer profiles with revenue-generating results between $30M and $50M. Responsible for successful contract negotiations with over 200 companies and effective cost terms. Oversee profit margins and stay aligned with profitability goals of the brand. Develop and drive pre- and post-cruise business with a potential value of $50M for the brand. This position may support other onboard revenue areas which are $600M and growing for the brand. Weekend ship visits and overnight domestic/international travel may be required. The work environment may include office locations and travel between numerous offices.
