3 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants About the Role: As a Department Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales and Profit goals in the store by executing a plan to deliver the Best Customer Experience in the department and overall store. The Department Supervisor will work in accordance with legal requirements and H&M standards, policies, and procedures to meet the expectations of customers and colleagues. Responsibilities

You are responsible for supporting the total OMNI customer experience in your store, ensuring visual and commercial curation according to global guidelines. Representing yourself and the H&M brand positively during customer interactions. Identify strengths and commercial opportunities in your department and work with the Department Manager to act on them. Ensure customer service is provided in all areas of the store and that your team actively promotes and sells products to customers. Follow up that your team actively promotes our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives. Ensure correct routines in fitting rooms and checkout, including transactions, returns and exchanges. Manage admin routines for both people and operations in a correct way. Fashion & Trend Awareness

Stay up-to-date with fashion trends, styles, brands, products, competitors, and relevant influencers. Ensure your team provides product and fashion knowledge during customer interactions. Team & Development

Retain and share knowledge with the Store team. Collaborate with the Visual Merchandiser team; plan and work as a team. Give and receive feedback to support each other’s development. Maintain regular communication to inform, motivate and inspire – daily/weekly meetings. Ensure all procedures, routines, and legal requirements in all areas of the store are followed. Retail Operations / Visual & Commercial Execution

Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, including stockroom areas. Ensure high fashion quality, visual and commercial product presentation with proper garment care. Maintain stock levels and provide input on allocation to Area team. Ensure the full garment cycle from delivery to presentation and fitting room routines align with standards and internal routines, using all tools and technology provided. Maintain in-store OMNI Services and in-store tech tools (Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store, etc.). Maintain price signs in-store and on the sales floor according to global and local strategies to ensure consistent price perception. Update and maintain BOH areas with key information, health & safety, tidiness, etc. Responsible for opening & closing of the store daily. Qualifications
