Base pay range: $94,900.00/yr - $130,500.00/yr Humana’s Marketing organization is seeking an experienced Senior Associate, Campaign Strategy to join the team working remote. You’ll support the development of integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and growth across Humana’s lines of business. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are insight-driven, member-centric, and aligned with enterprise priorities. Responsibilities
Support the development of multi-channel campaign strategies across Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial lines of business Translate business objectives and audience insights into actionable campaign briefs and messaging frameworks Collaborate with Brand, Media, Creative, and Product teams to ensure campaign alignment and executional excellence Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations for optimization Assist in the development of campaign playbooks, toolkits, and reporting frameworks Act as a brand advocate within agile go-to-market pods, fostering connection to brand positioning and storytelling Collaborate with teams to develop campaign briefs and inform messaging direction Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or related field 4+ years of experience in campaign strategy, integrated marketing, or brand planning Familiarity with brand storytelling, positioning frameworks, and campaign performance metrics Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively across teams Proven ability to develop and execute strategic campaign briefs that align with brand positioning and business objectives Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare, insurance, or regulated industries Familiarity with campaign measurement tools and marketing analytics platforms Background in audience segmentation or persona development Passion for both creative innovation and analytical evaluation Additional Information
