Distribution Center Manager

role at Harrington Process Solutions. This position leads warehouse operations for a brand-new Distribution Center in Pittston, Pennsylvania, and focuses on safety, efficiency, and outstanding customer service. What You’ll Do

Oversee all daily warehouse operations to ensure safety, accuracy, and efficiency in receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping. Lead, train, and support a high-performing distribution team to achieve operational goals and deliver exceptional service. Supervise inbound operations — verify received materials, reconcile packing slips, and ensure data accuracy in the inventory system. Manage outbound processes, including order prioritization, picking, packaging, staging, and shipping according to customer and branch requirements. Coordinate pickups and deliveries with approved carriers and monitor freight performance. Partner closely with Supply Chain leadership and the Regional Business Operations Manager to resolve operational or vendor-related issues. Oversee customer-facing activities such as walk-in orders, returns, and credits with accuracy and professionalism. Maintain inventory integrity through consistent cycle counts and corrective actions. Continuously evaluate warehouse layout, flow, and processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and ready to meet operational demands. Promote a safety-first culture and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient facility following 5S best practices. What You’ll Bring

Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or two to four years of related warehouse management experience and/or training. Strong leadership skills with prior management or supervisory experience (preferred). Proficiency with warehouse systems, order entry, and inventory control software. Forklift experience and certification preferred. Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Benefits
