We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented

Manufacturing Engineer

to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, improving, and maintaining manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality, cost-effective production. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, reduce waste, and support the introduction of new products. Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes, equipment, and workflows. Analyze production metrics and identify areas for improvement. Develop process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles. Support new product introduction (NPI) by working with design and quality teams to ensure manufacturability. Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams on equipment upgrades and preventive maintenance strategies. Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, or equipment to enhance production capabilities. Train operators and technicians on new processes and technologies. Qualifications

Required

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining, assembly, welding, or automation. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD). Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and Six Sigma methodologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and project management abilities. Preferred

Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., automotive, aerospace, medical devices). Certifications such as Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or Lean Manufacturing. Familiarity with ERP systems and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab, Power BI). Seniority level
