Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive, high-level administrative support to the Senior Executive leading a complex business unit, with frequent interaction at the leadership level.
Proactively address and resolve highly complex issues escalated to the Senior Executive’s office, demonstrating sound judgment and discretion.
Manage the Senior Executive’s calendar, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel logistics to ensure seamless operations.
Lead the planning and execution of intricate administrative assignments, including organizing conferences, roundtables, and speaking engagements—overseeing material production, scheduling, logistics, and stakeholder communications.
Independently triage and prioritize a wide spectrum of requests, questions, and challenges directed to the Senior Executive’s office, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives.
Demonstrated autonomy in anticipating needs and proactively troubleshooting a diverse range of issues.
Calm, professional presence with the ability to instill confidence in key stakeholders.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
High level of tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality in all interactions.
Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
