$85,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr What You’ll Do
Oversee production planning and scheduling to meet demand and delivery targets. Manage inventory for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods using Lean and JIT principles. Lead and mentor a team of planners and schedulers. Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and quality teams to maintain smooth production flow. Monitor KPIs (on-time delivery, cycle time, inventory turns) using ERP/MRP systems. Identify process bottlenecks and drive efficiency improvements. Support continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, and automation initiatives. Ensure compliance with ISO, safety, and quality standards. What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or Business; 5–10 years of experience in production control, planning, or manufacturing leadership. Skilled in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data tools like Excel or Tableau. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement programs. Seniority level
