Overview
EST Analytical is looking to fill a Field Service position with a focus on Agilent Liquid Chromatography Instrumentation. EST Analytical is a partner with Agilent Technologies and as such this position would work within the Agilent Authorized Support Provider program. Base pay range
$65,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr Responsibilities
On-site installation, customer training, repair and troubleshooting of hardware, and routine preventative maintenance and qualification services. Focus on customer satisfaction by providing high-quality services. Manage parts, timely submission of service reports, and feedback to manufacturing divisions. Collaborate with sales force and maintain up-to-date technical knowledge for assigned products. Qualifications
3 to 5 years analytical laboratory experience with a focus on LC instrumentation. Experience with Waters LC instrumentation is desired. BS degree in Chemistry or Electronics or equivalent. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Planning, problem solving, and communication skills to function with minimal supervision. Ability to travel extensively by plane and/or automobile. Benefits and notes
