Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated
Junior Accountant
to join our growing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation in accounting and financial operations. Responsibilities
Accurately record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements Process accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R), including vendor invoicing and customer payments Assist with month-end and year-end closings Maintain and update the general ledger in NetSuite (training provided if needed) Generate financial reports and support internal audit processes as required Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and external regulatory standards Support the accounting team with various financial and administrative tasks as needed Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 0 to 1 year of relevant experience (internships welcome) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively Excellent verbal and written communication skills A foundational understanding of accounting principles Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively What We Offer
