What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and execute annual and quarterly territory plans
Build a pipeline of new clients through prospecting and networking in the public sector
Conduct marketing lead and opportunity qualification
Prepare and deliver face‑to‑face customer presentations and facilitate product demonstrations
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the employer's CRM system
What is Required (Qualifications):
Extensive experience in a direct or indirect software sales role
Experience selling into the public sector market
Proven track record of consistent quota achievement and ability to meet targets
Strong negotiation skills and persuasive communication abilities
Familiarity with the digital forensics and cybersecurity industry is an asset
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience running a sales region with a dedicated strategy
Demonstrated ability to provide examples of Magnet CODE principles in past experiences
