Overview

Position Title: Enterprise Account Executive, Managed Solutions/Cybersecurity (P2/P3). The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for developing and closing new revenue opportunities within the defined profile of Enterprise accounts in the region. Focus is on growing revenue within assigned existing customers and establishing new relationships with prospects. A successful candidate will quickly learn Crown Castle’s product set and differentiators, develop sales opportunities, manage existing customers, and strategically close new business. Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales plans to achieve assigned quotas Establish and conduct sales meetings with customers, presenting the Crown Castle value proposition Drive new sales opportunities through the entire sales process Cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers within accounts Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing a high level of customer service Generate leads by prospecting and building/maintaining relationships throughout the industry Communicate effectively across internal Crown Castle departments Master internal sales and marketing programs and systems to maximize effectiveness Maintain timely and accurate account and opportunity information in the CRM system Provide accurate sales forecasts Education/Certifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred Experience/Minimum Requirements

5+ years of B2B sales experience in Managed Solutions and Cyber Security Proven experience selling to and maintaining Enterprise accounts Proficient working knowledge of: SD-WAN: Knowledge of SD-WAN use cases and basic networking concepts SASE: Familiarity with security at the network edge, ZTNA/zero-trust architecture DDoS: Understanding of DDoS solutions, competitive advantages, and positioning Cloud: Knowledge of cloud-native architecture, multi-cloud designs, cloud router, cloud strategies, and CSP limitations Cyber Defense: Comfort with scoping/positioning SOCaaS, EDR, XDR, MDR, Cyber Risk Intelligence, Penetration Testing opportunities Secondary working knowledge of WDM, Ethernet, IP, and other Fiber Optic services Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency in CRM applications Organizational Relationship

Reports to: Manager Fiber Enterprise Sales Working Conditions

This is a hybrid role with on-site/in-person collaboration. Candidate must be located within a commutable distance to NYC and Boston Metro and may travel up to 50%. Benefits

The salary range offered is $89,600 - $123,100 annually. Offers consider experience, role-related knowledge, education, internal alignment, and location. Compensation may include discretionary annual bonus/commissions and equity incentives. Additional Information
