We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Full-Cycle Account Executive to join our team and contribute to our continued growth. As a Full-Cycle Account Executive, your primary mission will be to identify new business opportunities, establish meaningful connections with potential clients, and close deals that drive revenue growth. You will nurture a pipeline of qualified leads and effectively convey the value of our catering solutions to prospective customers. Responsibilities
Prospecting:
Proactively seek out and pursue new business opportunities through outbound efforts, lead generation, and market research. Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with potential clients to understand their catering needs and challenges. Product Demonstration:
Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of 365 Catering's offerings. Deal Closure:
Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaboration:
Work with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a smooth and delightful customer journey. Requirements
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in a full-cycle sales role, with a preference for candidates in the technology industry. Track Record:
Proven success in growing key accounts and closing new business. Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with catering, restaurants, or food service. Tech Savvy:
Ability to understand technical products and translate them into business value. Skills:
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. CRM Proficiency:
Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot) and understanding of standard sales processes. Education:
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred. Some travel (10%) may be required. Benefits
