In this role, a typical day will include:
Collaborate with engineers to refine testing methodologies and ensure compliance with design and regulatory standards
Conduct simulations and validate prototypes for enhanced efficiency and safety
Optimize optical components for improved performance
Adhere to GxP regulations by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining accurate documentation
Ensure rigorous quality control, complete all required training, and meet individual job requirements
Contribute to the organization's overall compliance and commit to continuous improvement in operations
Experience and technical knowledge in LHPG crystal growth technology required
All associates must adhere to GxP regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate and complete documentation, ensuring rigorous quality control, and completing all required training. Associates are responsible for meeting their individual job requirements and contributing to the overall compliance of the organization. What You'll Bring to Alcon
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs; Assoc.+6 yrs; M.S.+0 yrs)
The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
2+ years of relevant experience
