This position is within the Power Delivery Performance & Analytics group (PPA). PPA is responsible for reporting on a wide range of operational performance characteristics for Utility Operations. As Entergy works to become the Premier Utility, our core operations must have access to quality operational performance data and the reports and analysis tools to enable data-driven actions to improve our processes and meet our customers’ ever-changing expectations. As part of the Performance Management workstream, this individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards pulled from multiple data sources. This role will work with internal stakeholders to gather specifications and transform raw data into clear, actionable insights through clear, user-friendly reporting tools.
Job Responsibilities
Design, create, and maintain end-user and executive facing reports and dashboards used by all levels of the organization to increase transparency and drive continuous improvement.
Support the development of metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and methodologies to establish targets/goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to problem solve and identify reporting needs. Provide regular status updates and escalate issues as necessary.
Provide data analysis to identify trends and discover correlations across multiple departments and data sources within the entire organization.
Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and confidentiality standards.
Identify, investigate and implement solutions to improve data integrity issues.
Provide training and documentation for end-users to maximize report usability and adoption.
Minimum Requirements - Education Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business-related field required or equivalent work experience will be accepted.

Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and working with databases to extract, transform, and analyze data.
Proven expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models.
Proficiency using DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for creating calculated measures, columns, and other complex data transformations within Power BI.
Experience working with Power BI's advanced features, including custom visuals, Q&A, and AI-powered insights.
Experience working with a variety of data sources, performing data transformation, and implementing data cleansing processes.
Expertise in data modeling techniques to ensure data integrity and optimize reporting.
Mastery of data visualization best practices to create impactful, user-friendly dashboards and reports.
Customer-focused mindset and strong interpersonal skills; ability to effectively interact, communicate and work with diverse groups of people to build strong relationships and influence successful outcomes.
Effectively develop and present results and recommendations to all levels in the organization.
Experience working in a cross-functional or matrixed organization.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and generate insights that inform business decisions.
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment, manage multiple time-critical projects simultaneously, and operate in a highly visible and rapidly changing work environment.
Desired Requirements
Experience using database platforms such as Snowflake, Oracle, or other enterprise-grade data warehousing solutions.
Familiarity with leveraging SharePoint as a content management and collaboration platform to support business processes.
Experience developing and implementing forecasting models and predictive analytics to drive business decisions.
Familiarity with using Python for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and/or forecasting.
Proficiency in building canvas and model-driven apps using the Power Apps platform, including integrating with a variety of enterprise data sources (e.g., Dynamics 365, cloud-based services, SharePoint) and designing and implementing automated workflows using Power Automate.
