Modern Workplace Enablement: Engineer, deploy, and optimize Microsoft 365 workloads (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams including Teams Phone & PSTN integration) and other collaboration tools; provide consulting to clients and internal stakeholders to guide digital transformation of business processes using Microsoft 365. Develop and maintain baseline configurations, deployment procedures, and governance guidelines for Microsoft 365 workloads to ensure consistency across environments. Serve as Tier 4 escalation point for Microsoft 365 platform issues, delivering expert-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Stay current with the Microsoft 365 Roadmap to proactively introduce innovative features, enhancements, and best practices to the organization and clients. Unified Endpoint & Mobility Engineering: Implement and maintain Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) and Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) solutions (e.g., Microsoft Intune, Jamf, or equivalents) to manage mobile devices, desktops, laptops, and IoT endpoints. Lead full lifecycle management of mobile and endpoint devices (procurement, provisioning, enrollment, configuration, maintenance, patching, decommissioning). Design and enforce security and compliance policies for mobile and endpoint environments (encryption, Mobile Threat Defense, conditional access, app protection). Support BYOD and COPE strategies, ensuring secure access to enterprise applications and data across iOS, Android, Windows, Chrome OS, and macOS. Security & Compliance Alignment: Implement Zero Trust across device and productivity ecosystems, collaborate with cybersecurity teams on threat detection, vulnerability management, and incident response. Automation & Operational Excellence: Automate device provisioning, enrollment, patch management, and compliance enforcement via scripting (e.g., PowerShell), APIs, and MDM capabilities; monitor endpoint health and security posture with dashboards and reporting; contribute to SOPs and engineering standards. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support: Partner with internal IT, Service Desk, Service Delivery, and Technology Operations as escalation owner for advanced tickets; act as technical lead during client implementations, pilots, and system upgrades; translate business needs into actionable technical solutions; support quoting processes with technical scoping, licensing, and BOMs. Qualifications
5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 and mobile device platforms. Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 workloads (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive, Teams Phone, Power Platform). Expertise in Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) and Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) platforms (e.g., Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro). Strong understanding of Zero Trust security models, mobile threat defense, and endpoint compliance strategies. Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation skills (VBS, command-line/PSExec). Familiarity with identity management, conditional access, and multi-factor authentication. Proficient in device platform management across Windows, Chrome OS, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Android.
