Project Manager
for a mid-sized law firm. This role plays a key part in leading cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, drive process improvements, and support strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate brings strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects from conception to completion. This is a Dallas-based onsite role. Project Management:
Lead and deliver multiple initiatives on time and within scope and budget. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, manage timelines, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. Process Optimization:
Analyze existing systems and workflows to identify inefficiencies. Recommend and implement solutions that streamline operations and enhance organizational performance. Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner with teams across departments (IT, operations, finance, HR, etc.) to implement change initiatives. Maintain clear communication and alignment among all stakeholders. Communication & Reporting:
Develop and present project plans, updates, and outcomes to leadership. Clearly communicate complex technical or operational concepts to diverse audiences. Continuous Improvement:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), assess project outcomes, and identify opportunities for ongoing improvement. Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred. Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, operations, or process improvement roles, ideally within an IT or professional services environment. Technical Skills:
Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). Strong capability to manage scope, schedule, and resources across multiple projects. Analytical Ability:
Skilled in data analysis and problem-solving; able to translate findings into actionable strategies. Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing executive-level reports and presentations. Leadership:
