Endocrine Surgery - Bridgeport - Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant Hartford HealthCare is excited to offer a new opportunity for a Hybrid Advanced Practitioner in Surgical Oncology at St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Bridgeport, CT. The role supports both outpatient and inpatient care, along with surgical assistance for patients undergoing cancer treatment, including endocrine surgery, melanoma, and hepatopancreatobiliary surgery.

Overview Location Detail: St Vincent’s Medical Center (10427). Shift Detail: Mon-Fri.

Key Highlights Of This Opportunity

Patient Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative assessments for patients undergoing surgical oncology procedures. Analyze patient data, including medical history, diagnostic test results, and physical examination findings. (On-call responsibilities may be included on a rotating basis.)

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, days-only schedule.

Qualifications External Qualifications

Eligibility to be licensed as NP or Physician Assistant (PA) in Connecticut is required.

Certification as a NP or Physician Assistant (PA) is required.

Candidates with surgical experience outside of oncology may be considered.
