Customer Experience: Verbally greet and welcome all visitors in a friendly, warm, and professional manner; provide a 5-star first impression for every visitor Facilitate educational activities and crafts; maintain a tidy and organized space Answer questions related to The Spheres exhibits and promote visitor engagement related to the concepts, designs, and themes Provide information regarding The Amazon Campus as well as nearby places to eat and other landmarks in the greater Seattle area Communicate clearly with visitors of all backgrounds and ages Foster positive working relationships with Spheres team members and stakeholders Assist in resolving escalations with guests, calling on leadership as needed Daily Operations

Acquire and maintain relevant knowledge of exhibits and installations through in-depth research and meetings Facilitate opening and closing of the Understory as scheduled; ensure tasks are completed before/after public hours Track metrics as directed by leadership Maintain tidiness and organization of the space Monitor supply inventory and escalate requests to leadership as needed Create informational and wayfinding signage and materials upon request Communicate escalations to leadership; call security if necessary Attend and participate in all meetings and training sessions as scheduled Maintain a clean and professional appearance Report any security concerns to Amazon Corporate Security, NWC supervisors, and Amazon Global Real Estate and Facilities Report facility and exhibit issues to NWC leadership as they arise Assist with new tasks, processes, or projects to support evolving team requirements and partnerships; embrace change Requirements

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Maintain good judgment in ambiguous or stressful situations; calm under pressure Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with employees and the community Efficient, clear communicator supporting diverse audiences Proactive in guest engagement Detail-oriented, organized, and thorough in all tasks Comfortable presenting and speaking informally to groups Flexibility to work various shifts during operating hours including some nights and weekends Positive, collaborative team player Learn and retain new exhibit information Ability to understand, interpret and follow Amazon policies and procedures Regular and punctual attendance Flexibility and respect in relationships with coworkers and leadership Ability to maintain confidentiality Proficient with MS Windows, Excel, and Outlook Strong conflict resolution, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Willingness to work in a changing environment High School Diploma or GED required Working Conditions & Physical Demands

Standing for long periods during shifts Variable humidity and temperature; Spheres maintained between 70-75 degrees with ~60% humidity Dress code adherence and good personal hygiene Space populated with plant life; those with plant allergies may be affected Ability to speak to visitors, staff, and colleagues during shifts Ability to walk within a 1.5 mile radius and navigate stairs when roving Ability to carry and lift items up to 50 pounds May need to carry supplies to other buildings Dog-friendly environment; those with dog allergies may be affected About Northwest Center
