Your day-to-day, broadly speaking: Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement strategies aimed at increasing sales and market share, leveraging market analysis to identify potential clients and track industry trends. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while continuously seeking new business opportunities. Include regular communication and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Lead Generation:
Create and execute targeted marketing initiatives to generate leads using channels such as social media, networking events, and direct outreach to establish connections. Proposal Development:
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to prospective clients and investors, effectively communicating the organization’s offerings and value proposition. Collaboration:
Work closely with management and other departments to ensure business development initiatives align with company goals. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members. Market Research:
Conduct in-depth research on market dynamics, competitor strategies, and customer needs to inform strategic business development decisions and actionable plans. Qualifications
At least 4 years of experience in a similar role Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field Strong negotiation and project management skills Knowledge of local, state, and federal land use regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with environmental impact assessments and sustainable development practices Job Details
