Job title: Human Resources Generalist | Employment type: Full-time | Starting date: According to arrangement
Responsibilities
Acts as a central point of communication within assigned business and functional areas.
Implementing end-to-end recruitment process, including:
Profile alignment and consulting with hiring manager
Job posting and advertising
Managing applicant tracking system
Liaising with 3rd party recruiters or leasing agencies
Attending job fairs, if available
Resume and phone screening interviewing
Coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers
Arranging candidate travel (if needed)
Making hiring and pay decision, with the hiring manager
Assisting in the preparation of an employment offer
Collecting pre-employment documentation and other requirements
Welcome and on-boarding/orientation meetings
Oversees the onboarding process, including:
Initiation of background checks and drug screens
New hire bundles
Preparing orientation schedules
Coordinating with key players in other departments
Delivers new hire HR orientation
Oversees the termination process (creating separation letters, notifying relevant internal parties, ensuring all items are completed).
Organizes training sessions as needed.
First point of contact for Benefits Annual Enrollment and potential annual presentations.
Backup for the Time and Admin function.
Processes additional payments (e.g., sales commissions, bonuses).
Assists with compensation and benefits:
Gathers updated market data and benchmark reports on industry, in alignment with Corporate Benefits/Compensation Team
Prepares and collates reports:
Supports the HRBP in analyses of HR KPI’s and their fulfillment by generating accurate, high-quality reports related to hiring, sickness, attrition, diversity, etc.
Associate engagement activities and support local site events geared towards associate engagement.
Qualifications Required :
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of human resources experience
3+ years US human resources experience
Preferred :
Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field
Knowledge of SAP business system
Experience with SAP, Predictive Index (PI) or DISC and Korn Ferry 360° tool
Prior experience in a global environment
Knowledge of US labor/employment law and HR practices
Ability to interpret applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, and policies
Problem-solving ability with sound judgment
Excellent verbal and written communication with financial and business acumen
High integrity and confidentiality; strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
Self-starter; flexible to changing demands; works well under pressure
Strong analytical skills; ability to analyze complex data sets
Professional demeanor and customer-service orientation
