HRBP Agile Manager
to partner with business leaders across EF, Commercial, and R&D functions, delivering tailored people solutions that drive organizational success. Reporting to the HRBP Agile Lead, you’ll play a critical role in developing and executing HR operational plans aligned with a Global Pharmaceutical Company’s One HR strategy. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on key areas including talent management, organizational design, workforce planning, and change management. You will bring a proactive, solution-oriented approach to HR challenges, helping to shape a collaborative and engaging workplace culture. Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of HR operational plans and initiatives that align with strategic goals. Partner with leaders to implement people programs in talent development, rewards, and organizational design. Drive employee engagement through survey action planning and coaching initiatives. Utilize data analytics to provide insights and inform HR strategies. Support global HR transformation projects and cross-functional initiatives. About You
You’ll have a
BA/BS in HR, Business, or related field
and
5+ years of HR management or business partnering experience
in a global organization. You’re a confident communicator, data-driven, and thrive in environments that value agility and collaboration. HR certification (SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) and experience with agile ways of working are a plus. Why Join Us
