Financial Services Business Unit

provides a comprehensive suite of core capabilities designed to address the diverse and evolving needs of our clients, enabling them to navigate complex challenges, seize new opportunities, and achieve their strategic objectives in an increasingly competitive and dynamic business environment. Responsibilities

Client delivery as part of an on-site or remote project team, able to define the framework and structure of deliverables, carrying out the production of complex deliverables Manage the work, activities, and timelines of work for both them and their team, identifies priorities and workflows for interested parties Coach teammates in preparing client deliverables utilizing tools like PowerPoint, Excel, Access, MS Project and Visio, designing key deliverables for projects and supporting other consultants in the production of their deliverables Present complex ideas, critical points and decisions required to team members and client contacts, including middle and top management Perform simple and complex research and business analysis to solve customer business challenges/issues to present unique, tailored solutions utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data Promote teamwork, motivate and help consultants to improve Demonstrate credibility with client and challenge approaches to drive value Define the project framework and organization, manage projects, and ensure follow-up Provide status reporting of progress, dependencies, issues, risks, and overall program health Lead work streams of complex projects and manage multiple projects Maintain program sites as a repository for all project information Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Business Management, or a related field from an accredited college/university 2-5+ years of recent client facing management consulting experience 2-5+ years relevant experience managing or creating project deliverables in a consulting environment 2+ years spearheading projects related to Financial Services industry broadly and/or Banking products and services (e.g. Capital Planning / Stress Testing, Traded Products Risk, Market Risk, Interest Rate Risk, Treasury, etc.) Business process design, modeling, and automation Experience delivering financial services solutions with deep industry understanding Strong client relationship development and client management skills Excellent written and oral communication with strong interpersonal skills Solid organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with appropriate escalation Interest in guiding internal initiatives and leading Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration Preferred Qualifications

Master\'s degree in finance, Financial Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Economics & Finance, Accounting & Finance, Business Analytics, etc. Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Experience in risk and regulatory issues across multiple areas in consumer-facing financial services Exposure to front office systems and market data; understanding of data flow between systems Ability to analyze large data sets using SQL, SAS, and other tools CFA / FRM / CAIA / CPA Certifications Compensation & Benefits

Annual base salary starting at $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications Annual performance-based discretionary bonus Work Authorization & Sponsorship
