Evaluate and treat patients with hand, wrist, elbow, and upper extremity injuries or post-operative conditions. Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to patient goals and needs. Fabricate and adjust custom splints and orthotics as appropriate. Collaborate with referring physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques, injury prevention, and long-term wellness. Accurately document patient progress and maintain compliance with regulatory and professional standards. Qualifications
Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current California state licensure (or eligibility) as an Occupational Therapist. Experience or strong interest in hand therapy; CHT certification a plus but not required. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills. Commitment to delivering patient-centered, outcome-driven care. New graduates with a passion for hand therapy are encouraged to apply; mentorship provided. Benefits
