This candidate will be part of a wholesale loan trading project within CIB to support the operational build out for the bank to purchase residential mortgages. Keep them on the balance sheet and service the life of the loan. Act as manager by establishing deadlines, coordinating activities, creating progress reports and ensuring organization. Coordinate the interaction between operations and technology teams to ensure documentation within JIRA. Ensure adherence to Agile methodology. Coordinate and execute UAT testing. Development of desk procedures. Qualifications & Skills
Strong knowledge of wholesale operations. Experience working with reconciliation and/or reconciliation projects. Business Analyst/change management skills. Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.). Strong skills utilizing JIRA (user stories, progress tracking, organization). Product ownership / development. UAT testing. Ability to work with technology teams. Desired Experience
