About the Role: We are seeking an experienced
Business Execution Consultant
to support a large-scale
Wholesale Loan Trading project
within the Corporate & Investment Banking division. This position plays a critical role in operational build-out activities related to the bank’s residential mortgage purchase and servicing functions.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in
business analysis, operational readiness, and change management
within financial services, coupled with experience coordinating between operations and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate project execution across multiple workstreams.
Act as a liaison between business operations and technology teams to ensure requirements and deliverables are clearly documented in
JIRA .
Ensure adherence to
Agile methodologies
and facilitate effective sprint planning.
Coordinate and execute
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
to validate solutions.
Develop and maintain detailed desk procedures and process documentation.
Manage progress tracking, deadlines, and reporting on key milestones.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in
Business Execution, Business Analysis, or Change Management .
Strong knowledge of
project management methodologies
(Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Hands-on experience with
JIRA
(user stories, progress tracking, organization).
Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of
Wholesale Operations
or
Loan Trading environments .
Experience working on
reconciliation projects
or with related systems.
Familiarity with
mTrade
(trade system) or
Moneta
(wire system).
Exposure to
money movement
or
loan servicing processes .
