Payroll Tax Administrator at Babcock Power Services, Marlborough, MA. Review and resolve payroll tax notices by state agencies. Register for new withholding and unemployment accounts as needed. Prepare the tax file for third party filing service for statutory tax reporting. Process time sheets from automated time collection system on a weekly basis. Assist with Year End reporting and W2 processing. Maintain employee records relating to payroll employer contributions. Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in Payroll Tax Administration and/or Payroll Processing Associate degree or higher in related field, or High school diploma (or equivalent) with 2+ additional years of experience. Knowledge of federal and multi-state tax requirements Experience with the following systems is a plus: ADP Smart Compliance, Deltek Time Collection, Microsoft Office, and Power BI (reporting) Job details
