Associate Attorney - Mergers & Acquisitions | Broward A respected South Florida law firm is seeking an experienced
Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney
to join its growing corporate practice. This is an excellent opportunity to handle sophisticated transactional matters and advise clients across diverse industries on high-value deals and strategic business transactions.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in corporate law, with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions
Proven experience managing buy- and sell-side transactions, including due diligence, drafting, and negotiations
Solid understanding of corporate governance, joint ventures, and related commercial agreements
Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills with a practical, business-minded approach
Member of the Florida Bar in good standing
Responsibilities
Advise clients on complex M&A transactions, from initial structuring and due diligence through closing
Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and other transactional documents
Provide counsel on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and business operations
Collaborate with colleagues in tax, finance, and litigation to deliver comprehensive client solutions
Work directly with executives, investors, and business owners on growth and strategic initiatives
