We are seeking an experienced project manager to join our collaborative and innovative Transportation team.

Serves as program manager, project manager, or technical leader on large and/or complex transportation projects; leading and performing engineering tasks
Serves as engineer in charge to review, approve, and apply professional engineering seals to final plans and specifications
Coordinates and approves pricing, estimating, scoping, and marketing strategies for proposed projects
Prepares or directs preparation and modification of reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules, permits and designs for projects
Prepares forecast of workload for assigned staff
Provides technical guidance to staff in area of expertise
Leading proactive client interactions and communications
Manage existing clients related to obtaining and executing projects
Project management, coordination and liaison for project work obtained
Mentor and provide technical guidance and advice for less experienced technical staff
Maintain familiarity with technical requirements and regulations affecting the assigned industry and other potential consulting opportunities
Market work within the assigned industry and recognize potential opportunities in the company’s other business lines
Maintain contact with current clients and pursue potential new clients within the assigned industryPerforming QA/QC tasks
Some travel is required.
A valid driver’s license and good driving record is preferred. A background check may be required.
The successful candidate must have:
A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field from an accredited college or university
At least eighteen (18) years of relevant experience
Licensed PE
The ideal candidate will have any/all of the following:
Experience leading complex transportation related design and construction projects
Experience serving as the project manager on transportation projects
Experience mentoring and leading engineering project teams
Construction management experience
Proficient AutoCAD Civil 3D
