Epiq is currently seeking a dynamic, solutions-oriented Site Manager responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a small team in a fast-paced, high-level AM 100 law firm. Working manager and staff provide elevated concierge-style hospitality support, catered event support, and general office services. The Site Manager is responsible for smooth, efficient, and professional support of all client meetings and events, and hospitality tasks. The individual must supervise all site employees, including recruitment, training, scheduling, payroll, counseling, and development of professional skills. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, communicates with clarity and professionalism, and brings a proactive, ownership mentality to their work. Success requires navigating high expectations and shifting priorities with grace while maintaining strong service standards and a positive, composed presence.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Serves as the principal liaison between EPIQ, the client’s administration and the site employees
Lead and manage a team providing high-quality office and hospitality services
Anticipate client needs and offer thoughtful, well-communicated solutions that align with their goals
Provides excellent client white glove customer service to all end-users at the site
Foster a culture of accountability, respect, and high performance among staff
Continuously looks for opportunities to increase the efficiency of on-site operations
Implement operational improvements and resolve challenges quickly and diplomatically
Serve as the go-to on-site leader, balancing assertiveness with tact
Seeks opportunities to increase capabilities and makes recommendations to the key contact
Demonstrates proficiency in explaining all products, services, turnaround times, delivery schedules and guarantees to the client
Recruits and interviews potential EPIQ candidates for available positions at the site
Hires, trains, manages, and evaluates all personnel assigned to the site
Schedules personnel to ensure compliance with performance standards and coverage without incurring overtime
Compiles, collects, and reports data necessary to provide the client with monthly management reports
Displays high ethical standards, integrity, work ethic, and loyalty
Qualifications & Characteristics
High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred
Previous management experience in a client service-oriented field, preferably mail/copy/production
Detail oriented with good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to resolve complaints
Flexibility in dealing with simultaneous projects
Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
Working knowledge of Microsoft products such as MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Must be flexible to business needs including supporting occasional evening/weekend hours
Job Requirements
Be personable, articulate, knowledgeable and professional in presenting oneself in a professional setting
Ability to learn skills quickly
Manual dexterity required for operating office machinery (phone, copy machines, binding equipment, etc.)
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater
Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.
Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time
Compensation The compensation range for this role is 54,578 to 68,222 USD per year and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
