Sr. Sales Executive Job Description We are seeking a results-driven Sr. Sales Executive to develop and grow new customer accounts in the legal community within an assigned territory. You will prospect, consult, and close with a focus on FindLaw web-based marketing and advertising solutions, and partner with our internal Account Management team to ensure post-sale satisfaction and retention.

What You’ll Do

Develop and grow new customer accounts in an assigned legal territory (large base of small-mid law firms).

Prospect, consult, and identify opportunities to provide FindLaw web-based marketing and advertising solutions.

Attend to post-sale satisfaction and retention work in collaboration with internal Account Management.

Attain sales targets and quota on a monthly basis in the assigned territory.

Consult with clients regarding web-based marketing strategies and solutions to meet business needs.

Strategically grow a customer base through prospecting and cold calling.

Demonstrate technical aptitude with MS Office, internet applications, and Salesforce.com.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve client concerns and maintain relationships.

About You Experience

4-year college degree or equivalent experience.

Outside sales in a professional B2B environment.

Proven track record of sales success and growth, with consistent performance at or above targets.

Previous sales experience in online/advertising environment is a plus.

Knowledge & Skills

Working knowledge of sales process, methods and techniques.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interpret marketplace needs and translate them into products and/or services.

Proven organizational, time management, and independent work abilities.

Travel

Ability to be actively in the field on most business days with some overnight travel based on territory to client sites.
