About SHAY SHAY is a Los Angeles–based fine jewelry house founded by mother-daughter duo Ladan and Tanaz in 2004. Known for bold, sculptural designs crafted in 18-karat gold and natural diamonds, SHAY is worn by global icons including Beyoncé, Jennifer Lopez, and the Hadid sisters, and sold at leading retailers such as Harrods, Neiman Marcus, Dover Street Market, and Net-a-Porter.

We are a tight-knit, high-energy team based in West Hollywood, operating with the spirit of a startup and the reach of an established luxury brand.

The Role We’re looking for a strategic, results-driven Head of Sales to oversee and expand our global wholesale business. This is a leadership role for someone who understands luxury retail, thrives on relationship-building, and can combine strategy with hands‑on execution.

You’ll manage key accounts, open new doors, lead sales planning, and build a high-performing team from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a global wholesale strategy aligned with SHAY’s growth goals

Manage relationships with top retailers (Harrods, Saks, Neiman Marcus, Net-a-Porter, Elyse Walker, etc.)

Identify and negotiate new business opportunities with luxury retailers and boutiques

Oversee line sheets, market appointments, and seasonal showroom presentations

Build, hire, and lead a small but high-performing sales team, establishing clear processes, training, and communication

Partner with marketing, production, and logistics to align launches and ensure seamless delivery

Analyze performance, generate reports, and forecast sales trends

Represent SHAY at market weeks, trade shows, and key events

Qualifications

6+ years experience in luxury wholesale, fine jewelry, or fashion

Existing relationships with top luxury buyers and retailers preferred

3+ years team management experience

Confident negotiator and relationship-builder with strong analytical and presentation skills

Understanding of retailer logistics (UPC / EDI) and production coordination

Passion for fine jewelry and brand storytelling

Based in Los Angeles

Pay : $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year (based on experience)
