Investment Funds Associate Attorney - AmLaw Firm The firm is seeking an Investment Funds Associate to work with fund investors to structure and create private investments, including private equity funds, fund of funds and real estate funds, and to advise on fund operations. The anticipated salary range is $250,000–$375,000, plus significant annual discretionary bonuses based on firm and/or individual performance. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability, transit and dependent care benefits, a 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave where applicable by state law. Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school. Active membership in a US bar and a desire to work in Chicago. 3+ years of post-JD experience with private investment funds. Compliance and Equality
