In person, with some remote opportunity and/or flexible working hours; not a fully remote position Salary range (based on experience): 0-2 years : $70,000+ 2+ years : $90,000+ 5+ years : $115,000+ Please note these ranges vary depending on the specific opportunity, experience, and other factors Security clearance : Must be able to obtain and maintain Active DoD Secret Clearance. Responsibilities
Oversee and support information security program implementation across the organization and customer missions. Help shape security strategies, enforce policies, guide personnel, plan for emergencies, and drive awareness initiatives. Manage resources, including leadership support, funding, and key personnel, to achieve IT security goals and reduce organizational risk. Collaborate with teams to ensure security requirements align with DoD environments and mission needs. Qualifications and requirements
Experiences in implementing and managing information security programs within DoD environments. Experience developing and enforcing policies, incident response plans, and awareness training. Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, compliance requirements, and risk management methodologies. Ability to analyze complex risks and recommend innovative security solutions. Relevant DoD certification(s) (e.g., IAT, IAM, IASAE, GSLC, CISSP, CISM, CAP, CASP) or ability to obtain. Company and culture notes
