Compensation Transformation Lead
to serve as the project manager for the Compensation Workstream within a large-scale, multi-workstream, 2-year Oracle HCM implementation program. This role will be responsible for driving the end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of the Compensation module, ensuring alignment with overall HR transformation objectives. The
Compensation Transformation Lead
will collaborate closely with the HR PMO, other workstream leads, and business stakeholders to deliver program outcomes on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities
Lead the Compensation workstream, maintaining the project plan, status reporting, stakeholder alignment, and delivery of key milestones. Ensure the compensation plan aligns with program objectives, interdependencies, and governance processes. Represent the Compensation workstream at program meetings, providing updates on progress, risks, and mitigation actions. Identify and coordinate interdependencies with other workstreams (Core HR, Payroll, Recruiting, etc.). Monitor and report on KPIs and success metrics for compensation transformation initiatives. Drive testing, implementation, and post-go-live reviews of the Compensation module and related policy changes. Experience & Qualifications
8+ years of experience in
Oracle HCM Compensation, Total Rewards, or HR transformation , with significant project/program management experience. Proven ability to lead large-scale initiatives in multi-workstream environments. Strong knowledge of
compensation strategy, design, governance, and compliance . Experience with
HR technology and Compensation administration platforms . Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging market data and internal metrics. US CITIZEN OR GREENCARD HOLDER Bachelor’s Degree required Additional Details
