Summary Provides high level guidance on mobile deposits, coaching, and training to the Mobile Deposit Representatives. Monitors daily performance with regards to deposit volume for checks needing review, fraud detection, and discarded checks. Detects processing issues with mobile deposits to ensure a timely resolution and completion of all mobile deposits.

Education And/or Experience

Associate’s degree preferred

Minimum two years banking experience required including one year in a supervisory capacity preferred

Retail system knowledge and experience in DNA required

Essential Skills

Strong oral/written communication

Problem-solving skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Job Responsibilities

Provide support and training to a team of Mobile Deposit Representatives and coach the team to achieve optimal performance standards to meet stated service level expectations

Train new Mobile Deposit Representatives and ensure effective performance by assessing their skills and providing guidance/coaching, and recommending disciplinary action as necessary

Supports the Mobile Supervisor by assigning, monitoring, and verifying staff tasks, and responding to any questions that arise

Ensure timely and appropriate responses to staff inquiries that are sent to internal email system. Answer incoming telephone inquiries from staff

Submit all daily batches to the appropriate system(s). Review processed batch files to locate rejected deposits and complete the necessary workflow in order to reprocess rejected deposits

Maintain the Batch Submission Log and the Discarded Checks Log in order to complete the Daily and Monthly Mobile Deposit Report

Export and review the monthly Deposit Analytics Report. Complete all Deposit Item Adjustment Requests indicated on the Deposit Analytics Report

Review the monthly Fraud Check Report to locate all check images and have coaching sessions with Mobile Deposit Representatives on the aspects that indicate a fraudulent check deposit

Ensure daily completion of all mobile deposit checks needing review. Verify all checks in the queue have been approved

Perform the work of a Mobile Deposit Representative and support the ITM Supervisor

Perform other duties as needed upon request by immediate supervisor

The good faith range for this position is $22.51 - $26.45 an hour. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
