Position Overview / Responsibilities Coordinate and manage high-volume scheduling for clinic staff and providers, ensuring efficient operations.

Process and approve time off requests, maintaining accurate records and schedules.

Oversee payroll and timecard approvals, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Develop staffing templates and block schedules to optimize resource allocation.

This is a 13-week contract position with the possibility of extension.

Required Skills

High School Diploma or GED.

Flu vaccination is mandatory, with no declinations or exemptions.

At least one year of experience in high-volume staff scheduling.

Proficiency in payroll and timekeeping approvals.

Experience with EPIC and a background in healthcare.
