Summary
Our client is seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Owner to lead the development and optimization of People Solutions (Benefits) consulting applications. This role will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring solutions align with user needs, business goals, and industry best practices. Responsibilities
Own the product vision and roadmap for Benefits Consulting applications. Collaborate with consultants, analysts, and developers to gather and prioritize requirements. Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and product demos. Monitor product performance and user feedback to guide continuous improvement. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as Product Owner or Business Analyst in a consulting or insurance environment. Solid understanding of employee benefits consulting. Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver complex solutions. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Azure DevOps, Jira). Preferred
Familiarity with consulting workflows and client service models. Experience with data analytics, reporting tools, or integration platforms. Product lifecycle management and UX/UI collaboration experience. This is a 6-Month Contract-for-Hire opportunity with our Kansas City, MO client.
