We are looking for a Raw Material Procurement Manager to join our growing procurement team. The North America Raw Material Procurement Manager will manage certain raw material categories, including the procurement of goods, materials and services in accordance with defined guidelines. This role ensures that the company’s operational needs are met, balancing price, quality and delivery, and maintains continuity of supply by managing a set supplier base aligned with Ferrero central procurement strategy. Ensure supply continuity of local raw material categories with pricing, quality and delivery Implement central raw material strategy in local USA Manage budget for raw material categories Manage central and local stakeholders in a matrix organization Manage RFI, RFQ, market analysis, risk management, price management Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree 2-5 years procurement experience Experience working in matrix organization Knowledge of the global raw material procurement market Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead and influence others Ability to problem solve and set priorities Mastery of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and SAP Compensation and Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $94,896.00 - $126,528.00 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits.
