We are looking for a Buyer to join our growing procurement team. The USA Packaging Material Buyer will manage certain packaging material categories, ensuring purchase of goods, materials and services in accordance with defined guidelines. This role ensures operational needs are met by balancing price, quality and delivery, and maintains continuity of supply with a set supplier base aligned to Ferrero's central procurement strategy. Responsibilities
Ensure supply continuity of local packaging material categories with pricing, quality and delivery Implement central packaging material strategy in local USA Manage budget for packaging material categories Manage central and local stakeholders in a matrix organization Manage RFI, RFQ, market analysis, risk management, price management Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, food science, physics, economics, mathematics, finance or similar Recent graduate; 0-3 years procurement experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead and influence others Ability to problem solve and set priorities; strong analytical experience Master of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Suite Compensation and Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $74,693 - $99,590 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits.
