Performing hands-on maintenance and repair work as required and directing maintenance technicians in the performance of maintenance and repair work Conducting, scheduling, and/or directing ongoing and preventive maintenance programs including HVAC, plumbing, water, gas, electrical, mechanical, sprinkler/fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, communications, carpentry, painting, plastering, refinishing and similar work Knowledge of safety regulations, state/federal codes and safe work practices Qualifications
SNF experience preferred. We require evidence of COVID-19 vaccination for all Healthcare Nursing Center personnel and affiliates who will be present at a facility.
