Overview

The Business Intelligence Manager is responsible for delivering business intelligence, visualization, reporting, and analytics solutions. Collaborate cross-functionally to design, develop, and implement appropriate analytics solutions. Monitor department KPIs and implement solutions to improve the quality and reporting of data. Responsibilities

Develop and implement Business Intelligence solutions. Manage the design and development of dashboards that monitor key performance indicators and drive business decisions. Drive process improvements through the management of BI tools, reporting, visualization capabilities, and automation. Monitor new technology and data visualization techniques related to Business Intelligence. Assist in converting legacy reports (AlteryX/Tableau) to newer tools (Microsoft Fabric/Power BI). Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Business, or related degree. At least 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence or data analytics. At least 5 years of dashboard development experience in both Tableau and Power BI. At least 5 years of experience leveraging SQL for data analysis and performance tuning. At least 5 years of experience analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions and drive improvement. Experience working with cross-functional teams and facilitating solutions to complex problems. Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing, organizing, and tracking details to meet multiple project deadlines. Must be comfortable with big data and how to efficiently leverage it for reporting. Preferred Requirements

Experience directly managing people, including hiring, developing, motivating, and directing them. Experience with Python and Spark preferred. The anticipated salary range for this position is $115,440.00 - $173,160.00 annually. The actual salary will vary based on location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold. Our benefits package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, and more for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average.
