About The Role We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO of our fast-growing fintech company. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner to the CEO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and enabling the CEO to focus on strategic priorities. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What You Will Own Reporting to the Business Operations Lead you will:

Administrative Support:

Manage the CEO\'s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.

Handle all incoming communication (emails, calls, etc.), prioritizing and responding on behalf of the CEO where appropriate.

Prepare and organize materials for meetings, including reports, presentations, and briefing documents.

Attend meetings with or on behalf of the CEO, capturing minutes and action items.

Project Management:

Assist the CEO in tracking and managing key company projects, ensuring deadlines are met.

Collaborate with various departments to follow up on deliverables, gather information, and prepare progress reports.

Coordinate special projects as assigned, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.

Financial and Operational Tasks:

Support the CEO in reviewing, analyzing, and summarizing financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Assist with the preparation of investor updates, board presentations, and key internal communications.

Liaise with the finance team to handle expense reporting, budget tracking, and other financial tasks as needed.

Stakeholder and Investor Relations:

Serve as a primary point of contact for high-level external relationships, including investors, partners, and clients.

Coordinate investor meetings, calls, and presentations, ensuring that all materials are prepared and attendees are briefed.

Manage confidential documents and ensure all sensitive information is handled with discretion.

Strategic Support:

Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to support the CEO\'s decision-making process.

Assist in preparing strategic plans, agendas, and presentations for executive meetings and industry events.

Proactively identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and streamline the CEO’s workload.

Travel and Event Coordination:

Arrange detailed travel itineraries for domestic and international trips, including flights, accommodations, and logistics.

Plan and coordinate company events, leadership off-sites, and external meetings with key stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For From You

Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in a fintech, technology, or high-growth startup environment.

Experience working directly with C-level executives, ideally supporting a CEO.

Experience with project management and financial analysis is a strong plus.

Skills:

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare concise and professional reports and presentations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), G-Suite.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand and interpret financial reports and data.

Personal Attributes:

High level of discretion and professionalism, especially when handling confidential information.

Proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and take initiative while maintaining a collaborative attitude.

Flexibility and adaptability to manage a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
