We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Automation Manager to join our Marketing Engine team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong project management skills, a keen eye for quality control, and excellent communication abilities.
Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Optimization: serve as the automation partner for Digital Marketing Specialist, Marketing Engine deploying all automation campaigns across Zoetis US. Includes but not limited to email creation and deployment, A/B testing, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio and Journey Builder. Collaborate with Digital Marketing Managers to increase audience segmentation, message personalization, and A/B testing. Report Salesforce Marketing Cloud metrics and KPIs in presentations and draft insights for optimization. Leverage automation features to streamline campaign workflows and improve efficiency. Automate lead routing for sales call tools with internal tools; seek support from technical experts as needed. Maintain strong project management across multiple projects with deadlines and quality. Cross Functional Collaboration: proactively share Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities and best practices, supporting personalized content and journey building B2B2C. Work across teams with accountability and strong attention to detail. Understand and articulate the nuances of the marketing automation stack and bring new ideas forward. Demonstrate a proactive, collaborative mindset and a "We Are One Zoetis" team approach. Adapt to an agile, fast-paced environment within a complex organization. Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist certification required Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in marketing automation, with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Experience with audience builder and Azure preferred Experience in a highly regulated field preferred Technical Skills
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and techniques including lead generation and scoring, campaign and content development, and campaign performance analytics 3+ years experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud; additional certifications preferred Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred Experience with analytics tools like Adobe Analytics & Target, Facebook Audience Insights, Google Analytics, Tableau Physical Skills
Office-based role (hybrid) Parsippany preferred The US base salary range for this full-time position is $103,000 - $148,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the base pay target range for new hire salaries. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and factors including job-related skills, experience, and education or training. This position is eligible for short-term and long-term incentives.
