Director, Pricing Strategy - US Livestock

Zoetis seeks a strategic leader to build and scale pricing strategy capabilities across the U.S. Livestock business. You will lead a team of four analysts to develop lifecycle and segment-informed pricing strategies, ensure disciplined execution, and maximize price realization and margin. Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Operations to embed pricing best practices and align with senior leadership priorities. Position Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop four pricing strategy analysts; set objectives, establish best practices, and build a high-performance culture. Create and continuously refine portfolio and brand-level pricing strategies aligned to product lifecycle, portfolio role, customer segmentation, and channel economics. Review and validate analyses and recommendations; ensure data-driven decision-making and business impact. Champion pricing capability building and talent development within the function; codify processes and playbooks. Drive cross-functional adoption of pricing guardrails; influence Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Operations to deliver outcomes. Advise senior leadership on pricing opportunities, risks, and trade-offs; align initiatives with broader business objectives. Monitor market dynamics and competitive moves; adapt strategies to protect margin and grow share. Organizational Relationships

Reports to: Head of U.S. Pricing, Contracting, and Customer Operations. Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field; advanced degree preferred. 8+ years in pricing strategy, commercial analytics, or related roles, including leadership of high-performing teams; animal health/pharma/regulated industry experience preferred Technical Skills Requirements

Demonstrated strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and financial acumen; excellent communication and stakeholder influence; proven team leadership; familiarity with pricing in regulated markets. Physical Skills Requirements

Office based position Hybrid role Compensation and Benefits

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $181,000 - $260,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the base pay target range for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position is also eligible for short-term incentive compensation and long-term incentives.
