The

Agent Experience Manager (AEM)

is a key member of our brokerage team, ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience for agents and clients alike. This role combines operational excellence, service leadership, and a modern, tech-forward mindset to support our agents in delivering exceptional results. The Agent Experience Manager sets the tone for professionalism, collaboration, and excellence – upholding the boutique brand experience that sets us apart in the luxury market.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership : Lead and streamline daily office operations, ensuring an organized, efficient, and professional environment that reflects the sophistication of our brand.

Compliance and Quality Control : Review and approve listings and documentation to ensure alignment with brokerage policies, MLS regulations, and legal standards. Protect the brokerage’s integrity through meticulous attention to detail.

CRM and Data Excellence : Maintain and optimize CRM and listing platforms, ensuring data accuracy and usability to empower agents with real-time insights and opportunities.

Agent Onboarding and Integration : Deliver a white-glove onboarding experience for new agents and team members—introducing them to our systems, culture, and tools so they can thrive from day one.

Reporting and Business Insights : Generate operational and performance reports that help leadership and agents make informed, strategic decisions.

Marketing and Listing Coordination : Collaborate with agents and marketing to flawlessly bring listings to market—ensuring timelines, brand standards, and client expectations are met every time.

MLS Oversight : Manage MLS data entry and updates with accuracy, timeliness, and strategic attention to how listings are positioned.

Continuous Innovation : Proactively identify opportunities to elevate workflows, introduce new tools, and enhance the overall agent experience in ways that differentiate our boutique brand.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree preferred. Real estate industry experience; boutique or luxury brokerage experience strongly preferred.

Active real estate license or strong desire to obtain one is highly preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and MLS systems; experience with BrokerWolf or similar platforms a plus.

Strong understanding of transaction management and commission structures.

Exceptional organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.

Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

High level of integrity, sound judgment, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
