HR Generalist (Remote Contract Assignment) At WithMe, Inc., we are committed to creating an inclusive, engaging, and supportive workplace where people thrive. We are seeking an HR Generalist Contractor to join our People Operations team and help us deliver an exceptional employee experience while ensuring compliance and supporting business growth. This role is eligible to work fully remote but must be based in the US. Responsibilities

Compliance & Administration Ensure adherence to federal and multiple state employment laws Administer benefits, leave programs, and required training Talent & Growth Partner with managers on recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Support onboarding, offboarding, and professional development initiatives Compensation & Performance Assist with compensation reviews and pay structure development Support performance management, feedback, and review processes Employee Experience & Relations Serve as a trusted point of contact for team member questions and concerns Promote a positive, supportive workplace culture People Operations & Systems Maintain HR systems and data accuracy Identify process improvements and track key HR metrics Required Experience

Only candidates with 1–3 years of direct experience in Human Resources will be considered PHR or SHRM-CP certification a plus Familiarity with employment laws and compliance requirements; multi-state compliance experience required; global experience a plus Experience administering leave of absences (FMLA, state leaves, Workers' Compensation, etc.) Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to build trust and collaborate across teams Proficiency with HRIS/ATS systems (Paycom, Deel, and Greenhouse a plus) and HR reporting Detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Note:

As a contract (1099) assignment, this position is not eligible for the benefits listed for full-time employees. Full compensation packages are based on position location as well as candidate experience and qualifications. This position will also qualify for annual bonus opportunity. Compensation
