What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Analyze and interpret insurance denials and performance variations related to charge capture
Develop and execute denial prevention strategies in collaboration with various departments
Oversee revenue cycle analysts and manage charge capture processes for operational efficiency
Coordinate and manage Clinical Trial claims and ensure billing readiness
Monitor denial trends and implement process improvements to minimize future denials
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in business, nursing, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience in a healthcare provider setting
Proficient in MS Office and experienced in healthcare revenue cycle operations
Advanced knowledge of billing processes, including CDM, UB04, and 1500 claim forms
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines while influencing others without direct management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
7+ years of experience in a healthcare provider setting focusing on revenue analysis
Additional certifications such as RN, CCS, CPC, or CPA
Experience with data visualization tools, particularly Power BI
Familiarity with Epic HB Resolute and PB Resolute systems
