Kros-Wise is seeking a full-time Production Material Coordinator Technician III in San Diego, CA. Overview: Provide I- Level production material to support ships planned maintenance availabilities. Responsibilities

Ability to complete the SWRMC General Supply Specialist (GSS) Job Qualification Requirement (JQR) within four (4) months of providing direct support. Ability to perform material management support in accordance with NAVSUP, OPNAV, and DoD supply instructions, manuals, and publications; and SWRMC data system process guides; and standard operating procedures. Research, tracking, receiving, issuing, storing, and inventory of materials and repair parts. Perform routine inventory counts, validate locations, research and request adjustments for any variances, and resolve errors. Manage Mission Support Material (MSM) and Future Use Material (FUM). Maintain and organize warehousing of MSM and FUM for easy access, identification, inventory, and transfer or issue to the shops. Process offloads of excess material per DoD and NAVSUP policies. Research and provide materials and repair parts requisition requests to Government GSS personnel for Government Furnished Material (GFM) required for Off-Site Shop work. Validate and process materials and services requests from assigned shops, create Job Material Lists (JMLs), and follow up on requisitions. Coordinate pickup and delivery of supplies, materials, and repair parts. Perform quality assurance (QA) functions, such as validating that materials being received are the materials ordered, are in the correct quantities, in good condition, and properly identified and packaged for transport. Knowledge of MSE, WEBFLIS, WEBVLIPS, One Touch Support (OTS), FedMall, MRO Tracker, GSA Advantage, Haystack, FEDLOG. Monitor requisition statuses and expedite or reorder materials as required to meet schedule due dates. Provide support for material pickup, receipt, and stowage, as required. Maintain MSM and FUM inventories. Submit Product Deficiency Reports and Supply Discrepancy Reports when required. Provide shop personnel with updates. ADA Notations

Requires working, walking, reaching, sitting and concentration in the presence of noise. Ability to move in narrow and restricted passageways, up/down steep and narrow ladders or stairways. Ability to lift, carry and move objects up to 50 lbs. in weight. Noise conditions range from very quiet to loud. Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including but not limited to: hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, ear plugs/muffs, masks/respirators, safety vests, gloves and steel-toe boots. Salary: $26.26 - $30.00 per hour Seniority level
